The Research Development Group - RDG

The RDG is our research branch of the Trust. Topics for classroom-based research involve a range of staff across a range of Symphony schools. The research undertaken is to continually challenge and improve our current methodology in our schools.
Research projects have included Recovery Planning following the Covid pandemic, Developing pupils' retention of knowledge and formulating the Symphony approach to RSE.
