The Educational Development Group - EDG

Our EDG meet every three weeks and the group consists of all of our Heads and Heads of School. The purpose of the group is to provide mutual support for school leadership, share educational expertise and assist with the continuing drive for outstanding education across the Trust.

Our CFO also joins the meeting to outline any specific school business updates to assist with clear communication.

Throughout the academic year, we aim to host one of these meetings in each of our schools at least once.
