The Teaching Development Group - TDG
Our TDG consists of a mix of SLEs and our own subject experts. The key role for these staff is to provide expertise and development in areas ranging from English to EYFS and SEN to maths. The TDG also assist the Trust with Peer Reviews and due diligence for schools wishing to join the Symphony team and therefore provide a high level of support and rapid improvement where required.
