Tina Hayton-Banks
Tina is a highly experienced Executive who has worked in financial services for over 30 years. She currently works for an East Midlands based Bank with Executive responsibility for operational risk & resiliency, customer operations and IT & Change.
Tina brings a vast level of Board experience plus experience of working within a highly regulated environment. Tina’s breadth of responsibility and experience covers strong people management, building high performing teams, project management and managing cost challenges and budgets.
Passion for her team and her customers sits alongside a strategic and entrepreneurial approach to business.
Having studied for a post grad MBA, Tina believes in the benefit of education at all ages but especially for school age children where we nurture and support inquisitive minds.
Tina is passionate about giving back to local communities and to build strong futures and opportunities for all.
