Vice Chair of Trustees

Lauren is the Vice Chair of Trustees and has been a member of the board since Symphony formed in 2016. She is also the Chair of an Advisory Board within another local MAT and was recently appointed to the Leicestershire Schools Forum as an Academy representative.

She has a degree in Primary Education and has 10+ years’ experience of working in both Primary and Further Education settings. She is currently an Education and Engagement specialist supporting children of all ages, assessing their Special Educational Needs, and creating and delivering bespoke learning opportunities to help re-engage them back in to mainstream environments.

Lauren is passionate about the provision of quality education and the importance of children having access to equal and equitable educational opportunities. She is a firm believer in primary education being paramount to changing life outcomes and is enthusiastic about the knowledge and experience she brings to the board in relation to primary education and governance.
